At Outclo Fashion, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for intimate apparel (underwear, socks) due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a defect.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment in AED. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
4. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong or damaged products).

- After dispatch, deliveries within Dubai usually take 1-2 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
4. Payment and Currency:
- All payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make additional attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions.
